About the role
- Lead and execute migration activities including mailbox, Drive, and Shared Drive migrations using Cloudiway or similar tools
- Configure and provision Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive environments
- Map and validate user accounts, groups, and permissions between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Support pilot and production migrations, including seeding, delta syncs, link fix-ups, and cutovers
- Collaborate with client administrators on shared drive structure, access models, and security groups
- Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and validate post-migration data integrity
- Work closely with the client’s Project Manager and Solution Architect to ensure on-time delivery and successful handoff
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration or migrations
- Proven experience with Cloudiway, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Strong understanding of identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID) and email routing (MX records, SMTP relays)
- Experience performing pilot migrations and troubleshooting sync or permissions issues
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
