About the role

  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies
  • Lead development and qualification of inbound/assigned prospects
  • Proactive/outbound prospecting via research, networking, cold calling and collaboration with sales
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for lead-to-opportunity management and activity tracking
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory
  • Interface with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements
  • Contribute to the quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing account trends and sharing future client needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • CRM & Microsoft Office suite experience required
  • Familiarity with digital product regulatory standards, cybersecurity requirements, and automotive testing processes is a plus.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies, cybersecurity consultants, or digital product testing labs.
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycles, including testing requirements for automotive, cybersecurity, EMC, and user experience.
  • Exposure to international compliance and certification services for digital products is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Hunter mentality to cold call prospects proactively
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills to influence managers and negotiate with customers
  • Knowledge of strategic planning skills and ability to translate corporate and business unit goals and objectives into realistic marketing and sales plan
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
