About the role
- Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to‑go packaging in Europe.
- New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—especially in gastronomy, hospitality and retail—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Lead generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
- Customer retention: Nurture and grow existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross‑selling opportunities.
- Strategy development: Contribute to creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open up new markets.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with management, marketing and supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Native German speaker and a registered residence in the Canary Islands—preferably Gran Canaria—is required.
- Sales experience: You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hospitality, packaging or consumer goods sectors.
- Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
- Outgoing personality: You are a communication talent and can quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person.
- Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
- Company-building mindset: You want to actively shape our growth and enjoy helping deinetuete become the market leader for sustainable to‑go packaging.
- Persuasiveness: You can excite customers and have no hesitation presenting sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
- Structured & self-driven work style: You are well organized, work independently and keep an overview—even in a dynamic startup environment.
- Digital affinity: You are confident using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive), MS Office and other digital tools.
- Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong food brands and understand how custom packaging influences perception and business success.
