About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
  • Customer service: Support our customers with questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general inquiries — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.
  • Backoffice & Administration: Assist in day-to-day operations, maintain clear structures, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably.
  • Accounting: Support preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax advisor and internal contacts.
  • Founders Associate: Work directly with executive management, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information and help implement operational decisions more quickly.
  • Process development: Identify recurring issues, help design improved workflows and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Outgoing communicator: You are skilled at communication and quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person. Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
  • Business knowledge: You hold a degree in business administration (BWL) or an equivalent qualification and have already gained practical experience.
  • Structured & independent working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Digital affinity: You are comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and other digital tools.
  • Passion for the shared project: You are resilient, reliable, keep an overview, enjoy solving challenges successfully and are willing to go the extra mile for our joint success.
  • German is your native language.
