About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
- Customer service: Assist our customers with questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general inquiries — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.
- Back office & administration: Support day-to-day operations, maintain clean structures, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably.
- Accounting: Support preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax advisor and internal contacts.
- Founders Associate: Work directly with the executive team, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information and help accelerate the execution of operational decisions.
- Process development: Identify recurring problems, help design improved workflows, and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native German speaker.
- Outgoing and communicative: You are a strong communicator and can quickly build relationships by phone, email or in person.
- Long-term customer relationships are a matter of course for you.
- Business administration knowledge: You hold a degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable field and have practical experience.
- Structured & self-reliant working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep an overview of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic startup environment.
- Digital affinity: You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
- Passion for the shared project: You are resilient, reliable, always keep the big picture in mind, enjoy solving challenges successfully and are willing to go the extra mile for our joint success.
