About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to‑go packaging in Europe.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers — primarily in gastronomy, hospitality and retail — via multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
- Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
- Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open new markets.
- Collaborate closely with management, marketing and supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the restaurant/hospitality, packaging or consumer goods industries.
- Alternatively, you are a motivated career-changer with a strong sales mentality.
- You are an excellent communicator and can quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person.
- Long-term customer retention comes naturally to you.
- You want to actively shape the business and enjoy helping deinetuete grow as a market leader for sustainable to‑go packaging.
- You can inspire customers and are confident presenting sustainable packaging solutions as a genuine value-add.
- You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic startup environment.
- You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
- You are passionate about strong brands in the food sector and understand how bespoke packaging affects perception and business success.
- German is your native language.
- You have a valid work permit for the country in which you reside.
