About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of the core team and help us establish deinetuete as the leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers — primarily in the hospitality, hotel, and retail sectors — through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Unlock new customer opportunities and fill the sales funnel with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
- Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
- Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open up new markets.
- Collaborate closely with management, marketing, and the supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level German and residency on the Canary Islands — preferably Gran Canaria — is required!
- You already have some experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hospitality, packaging, or consumer goods industries. Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
- You are a communication talent and can quickly build new relationships, whether by phone, email, or in person.
- Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
- You want to help shape our company and enjoy developing deinetuete further as a market leader for sustainable to-go packaging.
- You can inspire customers and are not afraid to present sustainable packaging solutions as real added value.
- You are well organized, work independently, and keep an overview — even in a dynamic startup environment.
- You are confident working with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office, and digital tools.
- You are passionate about strong food brands and understand how custom packaging influences a company's perception and success.
