About the role

  • Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as the leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to‑go packaging in Europe.
  • New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers — primarily in gastronomy, hospitality and retail — via multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Lead generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales funnel with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
  • Customer retention: Nurture and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strategy development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and enter new markets.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with management, marketing and supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: You already have initial experience in sales, or you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
  • Sociability: You are a natural communicator who can quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person. Long-term customer relationships are a matter of course for you.
  • Company building: You want to actively shape the business and enjoy helping deinetuete grow as a market leader for sustainable to‑go packaging.
  • Persuasiveness: You can excite customers and confidently present sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
  • Structured & independent work style: You are well organized, work autonomously and keep track of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Digital affinity: You are comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and other digital tools.
  • Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong brands in the food sector and understand how custom packaging influences perception and business success.
  • Native German speaker.
