About the role
- Strategic advice and hands-on involvement in all finance-related matters
- Support for M&A projects, investment models and structuring
- Analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, nationally and internationally
- Sparring on capital strategies, co-investments and partnership structures
- Contribution to business plans, financial models and decision papers
- Assessment of market conditions, risk, governance and scalability
Requirements
- Several years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investments or private equity
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Experience in valuation, due diligence or transaction support
- Understanding of governance structures in the nonprofit or hybrid context is an advantage
- High degree of independence, reliability and discretion
- Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
