Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, or a related corporate finance role
ability to manage end-to-end commission workflows
comfortable collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial data
demonstrated commitment to process accuracy and error minimization
able to build models, reports, and dashboards
track record of meeting deadlines across workstreams
able to work effectively with global teams
practical experience using AI to summarize, analyze, or automate finance workflows.
