About the role
- Degreed is the upskilling platform that fuels growth and innovation through lifelong learning, bringing together LMSs, courses, videos, articles, projects, and skill insights.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned to client needs.
- Shape solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock Degreed’s platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.
- Remote-first role based in APJ with potential for limited international travel (1–2 times per year).
- Consult with potential clients, provide strategic business and technical guidance, and support Sales with technical questions and presentations.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions; assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
- Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements; ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities.
- Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms.
- Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
- Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in technical documentation and solution design.
- Understanding of data security and compliance standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with experience working across functions.
- Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
- Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
- Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
- Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
