About the role

Lead and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform.
Help define and improve our cloud infrastructure on Azure.
Work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and build robust CI/CD pipelines.
Support our shift toward containerization (e.g. Kubernetes).
Collaborate with teams across the business to support growth, scalability, and automation.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support uptime and stability.
Drive the shift toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Develop tools to empower developers to manage their codebases effectively.
Implement and configure new development tools and infrastructure.
Optimize software delivery through process automation and best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure in a production environment.
Solid knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
Well-versed in the principles of cloud security, with a practical mindset toward secure infrastructure design.
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
5–7+ years of relevant experience in DevOps/SRE or similar roles.
