About the role
- Monitoring compliance with defined processes, standards and work instructions
- Reviewing workflows across all office and project areas (e.g., administration, leasing, construction management, executive assistance, back office, remote teams)
- Checking deadlines, task progress and quality of outcomes
- Identifying process deviations and weaknesses
- Documenting anomalies and reporting to management
- Tracking corrective actions
- Contributing to the development of internal processes and control mechanisms
- Implementing and maintaining checklists, audit protocols and control systems
- Conducting spot checks of transactions, files, project statuses and documentation
- Ensuring transparent work records and proper documentation
Requirements
- Strong process and structural understanding
- High attention to detail and strong control orientation
- Assertiveness and clear communication
- Ability to address difficult or sensitive issues objectively
- Analytical thinking and strong observational skills
- Experience in project, process or quality management is an advantage
- Confident use of digital tools and documentation systems
