About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicating with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization.
Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Explaining treatment procedures to patients and providing follow up education.
Answer multi-line phone system and take appointments or direct calls to the appropriate department.
Answer high volume of incoming calls.
Check voicemails and return customer calls.
Maintain email communication with patients, vendors and co-workers daily.
Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment.
Provide customer service and apply problem solving skills to client complaints and provide follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 + years in healthcare preferred
High School Diploma (associates in healthcare preferred)
Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
Ability to effectively learn and utilize multiple computer programs.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
