About the role
- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce Sales Cloud designs, implementations, and enhancements, integrating agentic AI capabilities (Salesforce Agentforce) while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and deliver automated solutions leveraging Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Einstein Automate to streamline sales operations and boost productivity.
- Collaborate with sales, service, IT, and leadership teams to identify sales process challenges and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Deliver customized solutions for different sales organizations while maintaining a unified data model.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Cloud specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to gather requirements and promote Salesforce best practices.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Architect and deliver automated and AI-powered workflows that interact seamlessly with CRM data and business processes.
- Conduct testing, resolve platform issues efficiently, and ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including declarative tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder) and programmatic components (Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce).
- Proven ability to design and architect scalable Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and integrations via APIs.
- Strong command of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Workflows), reports, dashboards, and omni-channel features.
- Experience with AI and automation tools, including Einstein Automate, Agentforce, and related Salesforce-adjacent technologies.
- Understanding of data models and integrations aligned with Salesforce Data Cloud-defined architecture.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Event Monitoring, DevOps Center, Copado, or similar tools.
- Security and compliance expertise, including data governance, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and Agile delivery experience.
- Understanding of autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and executing workflows within Salesforce.
- Advanced English.
