Requirements
6+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on Sales Cloud.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including declarative tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder) and programmatic components (Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce).
Proven ability to design and architect scalable Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and integrations via APIs.
Strong command of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Workflows), reports, dashboards, and omni-channel features.
Experience with AI and automation tools, including Einstein Automate, Agentforce, and related Salesforce-adjacent technologies.
Understanding of data models and integrations aligned with Salesforce Data Cloud-defined architecture.
Knowledge of Salesforce Event Monitoring, DevOps Center, Copado, or similar tools.
Security and compliance expertise, including data governance, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
Salesforce Certifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and Agile delivery experience.
Understanding of autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and executing workflows within Salesforce.
