About the role
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Population Intelligence & Digital Audience customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
- Drive product adoption of the Population Intelligence platform and Digital Audiences, ensuring customers realize value and achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions with client goals.
- Monitor customer health, proactively addressing risks to retention and satisfaction by developing customer success plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner with agency teams to support campaign planning, audience activation, and performance optimization, providing guidance on how to use our data and platform for each use case.
- Build strong relationships with agency clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in audience targeting, campaign workflows, and compliance.
- Partner with agencies to understand the brands they support, identify budgets and upcoming campaigns, and translate healthcare insights into digital activation strategies.
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency in audience activation and customer engagement.
- Develop case studies, training guides, and documentation to support customer enablement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Media & Audience Strategy & Operations, Technical Delivery Consultants, Marketing, CXS) to deliver consistent and high-value customer experience.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams, including product, marketing, and data science.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology, with experience supporting agency customers.
- Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data or SaaS strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a start-up mindset.
