Primary contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as it relates to 3(16)
Work directly with Retirement Plan Consultants to make sure 3(16) requirements are met
Creation of 3(16) annual letter – ensuring all 3(16) services were completed
Authorized signer for distributions and loans as required
Actively manage projects and tasks in PensionPro workflow system
Monitor/track upcoming eligibility calculations, fund change notices, annual notice distribution, and other items to ensure deadlines are meet
Distribute newly eligible materials and required notices
Oversee Payroll Submission, Payroll Monitoring and Loan Monitoring
Upload year end annual census
Represent the company on 3(16) client calls and meetings
Share pertinent industry knowledge with 3(16) Administrators and other staff
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
2 years or more experience in retirement industry required
Direct client contact required
3(16) fiduciary services preferred
Experience in a workflow system such as PensionPro, Pension Pal or similar preferred
Intermediate MS skills to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to navigate web-based programs
