Be a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Records, Curriculum and Advising, Academic Foundation, and Workday Student Security
Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers
Assist the data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices
Help ensure customers remain referenceable
Support Alchemy post-production services customers through defect resolution
Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets
Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading the Workday Student Records or Recruiting and Admissions workstreams or as a Security lead on multiple Workday Student implementations
Active Workday Student Records and Advising and Practical certifications
Significant consulting within higher education
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
