Consultant

• Serve as a key member of Alchemy’s Production Services team
• Responsible for evaluating and understanding customers’ business requirements and troubleshooting needs on a daily basis
• Demonstrate advanced expertise with integrations for Workday’s Financials (FIN) or Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite, and/or Workday Student
• Design and build Workday integration systems
• Collaborate effectively with other Alchemy Production Services workstream leads and functional experts

Workday Integration Consultant, Production Services

• Be an expert in the Workday HCM product suite and lead clients through their Workday implementation and the project development lifecycle.
• Perform the following as a member of a deployment team: understand customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers.
• Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
• Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects.
• Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices.
• Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
• Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production.
• Work with clients to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets.
• Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Senior Consultant – HCM, Benefits, Learning

• Be an expert in the Workday Adaptive Planning solution.
• Understand customer business requirements, design and configure the Adaptive Planning solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Adaptive Planning solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers.
• Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Adaptive Planning.
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Adaptive Planning and other third-party or custom solutions.
• Provide project managers with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projects.
• Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Adaptive Planning best practices.
• Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production.
• Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset.
• Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Adaptive Planning efficiently and effectively.
• Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
• Maintain Adaptive Planning certifications and qualifications.
• Actively engage in sales pursuits and activity – present offerings and opportunities.
• As a senior member, assist in managing customer relationships and escalations.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the Record to Report Workday Financials pillar and associated specialties: Financial Accounting, FDM, and Budgets
• On deployments: gather customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers
• Develop compelling tenant solutions that demonstrate the value of Workday's Financials product suite with the ability to speak cross-functionally to Workday HCM and Workday Payroll
• Provide end-to-end solution and design details during the sales process
• Support the proposal process, which may include providing quality assurance for respective service areas through delivery of the project
• Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects
• Promote best practice knowledge sharing across practices
• Stay up to date with current and projected industry trends
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
