About the role
- Implement required certifications in the Defence sector
- Ensure compliance with Defence regulations, export control & cybersecurity
- Monitor and interpret national & international regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain audit & certification documentation
- Act as the interface to Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Export Control & Legal across the entire project lifecycle
- Serve as the primary contact for authorities & certification bodies
- Support risk analyses, compliance reviews, and training & awareness activities
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent
- Experience in compliance/certifications (ideally in the Defence or Public Sector)
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., MIL‑STD, ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
- Audit experience & experience dealing with authorities/assessment bodies
- Highly structured working style with strong attention to detail
- Business-fluent German & English
