About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic Advocacy: Spot risks early before they become issues and act on them proactively
- Input Excellence: Push back on vague or low-quality briefs. Guide clients toward better inputs to ensure world-class design results
- Structured Communication: Keep all correspondence tight, clear, and useful. No over-explaining—just clarity
- Service Optimization: Improve how clients use Deer Designer over time, moving from reactive support to proactive partnership
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage AI to draft, structure, and refine your communication and internal processes to 10x your efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in a client-facing role (Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success)
- Flawless English: You communicate with precision—structured, direct, and clear
- Design Literacy: You understand the basics of layout, hierarchy, branding, and UX
- The "Backbone": You are comfortable pushing back on clients and asking the hard questions required to get the job done right
- AI-Proactive: You already use AI to structure your thinking, identify risks, and improve your output quality
- Agency Experience: (Big Plus) Familiarity with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models
- Technical Comfort: Familiarity with tools like Figma or Photoshop (for review purposes) and async-friendly workflows
- Ownership Mindset: You focus on outcomes, not just activity. You fix gaps rather than blaming them
