• Support Account Executives in providing consulting into Deepwatch services
• Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements to translate product benefit across all types of buyers and influencers

• Assist with new business pursuits by generating proposals, RFP responses and other efforts within the sales process with urgency

Principal Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

QA Automation Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain hands-on integrations between the SOAR platform and enterprise systems, including SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, vulnerability management, email security, and cloud platforms
• Develop and maintain production-quality code, services, and automation workflows using Python
• Implement and evolve automated workflows and playbooks that support security operations use cases, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability

• Monitor and evaluate publicly available and closed sources, selecting and reviewing cyber threat reporting for relevance and actionability.
• Analyze processed threat intelligence, correlating and synthesizing findings with other internal and external sources to create a comprehensive threat picture.
• Produce brief, high-impact customer-facing summaries highlighting essential facts for internal sharing, as well as more detailed formal reports that include key facts, technical details, threat actor profiling, victimology, attack chains, and TTPs.
• Recommend mitigation measures based on technical analysis and threat assessments to reduce client risk exposure.
