About the role
- Technical support for the sales team
- Responsibility for technical questions in sales
- Analyze, validate and classify consultative customer inquiries
- Proactive communication to identify customer needs
- Support during proof-of-concept phases
- Close collaboration with Product Management, Operations and C-level
- Bring technical customer feedback into internal alignment processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting
- Technical background in infrastructure, engineering, or software context is an advantage
- Excellent technical understanding
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Sales-oriented and solution-focused support for customer inquiries
- Professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders at decision-maker level
- Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2+)
