About the role

  • You are responsible for our B2B marketing end-to-end — from systems and processes to measurable impact on leads and growth.
  • You further develop HubSpot as our central CRM and own automations, lead nurturing, funnel logic and scoring.
  • You define relevant KPIs, ensure clean tracking, and derive concrete optimizations from the data.
  • You continuously develop the website, landing pages and funnels — with a clear focus on conversion and lead quality.
  • You systematically build visibility and demand for complex products through SEO, content, newsletters and LinkedIn.
  • You manage performance campaigns (Google/LinkedIn), allocate budgets strategically and assess impact.
  • You plan and execute trade shows and events pragmatically, from preparation to on-site implementation.
  • You ensure marketing reaches sales — with materials, messaging and content that genuinely support the sales team in closing deals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS, tech or software environment at a startup or scale-up.
  • You work with KPIs, analyses and reporting and can create evaluations independently (e.g., in Excel / Sheets).
  • You have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and experience with GA4, WordPress and common ads platforms (Google / Meta).
  • You understand B2B sales, customer journeys and content for complex or technical products.
  • You communicate effortlessly in German (C2) and English (C1) and are flexible for trade show appearances and events.
  • You take ownership, recognize when action is needed and drive initiatives forward. Delivery is more important to you than perfection.
