Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end implementation of customer projects, from process analysis to technical delivery
Further development of the C++ core components within the scheduling framework
Ensuring quality and delivery through Test-Driven Development and CI/CD

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience—typically 5+ years—with modern C++ (C++17/20/23)
Proficiency with the STL and Boost
Clean Code principles and familiarity with SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI and design patterns
Confident use of CMake, Git and unit testing with GoogleTest
Experience in debugging and profiling
Strong sense of ownership, pragmatism and quality awareness
Clear, objective communication internally and externally
German language skills at B2 level
English language skills at C1/C2 level
Nice-to-have: Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of cross-platform/Windows build processes
Nice-to-have: Experience with CI/CD, Linux and Docker
