About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support our Founder and Co‑CEO directly in day‑to‑day operations
  • You ensure that appointments, meetings, slide decks, documentation, follow‑ups, internal processes, organizational matters and selected special projects are reliably prepared, executed and tracked
  • You organize appointments, prepare meetings (before and after) and reliably follow up on open items
  • You create slides, meeting materials, documentation and internal overviews
  • You maintain and structure wikis, internal processes and organizational workflows
  • You assist with office administration and ensure operational issues do not remain unresolved
  • You coordinate internal team syncs and document decisions and follow‑ups
  • You support internal system rollouts and process improvements
  • You research potential ERP/MES partners, create structured lists and prepare initial contacts
  • You help organize trade shows, partner meetings and operational special topics
  • You support the Founder team in better preparing, documenting and tracking strategic topics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You work very independently, in a structured way and reliably
  • You have excellent German, both written and spoken
  • You have good English or are willing to further develop it in day‑to‑day work
  • You enjoy bringing order to chaos and seeing tasks through to completion
  • You are strong in organization, documentation, coordination and follow‑up
  • You think proactively, recognize patterns and independently propose improvements
  • You are discreet, professional and able to handle confidential information
  • You are interested in startups, entrepreneurship, B2B, AI and industrial processes
  • You prefer working from the office, as proximity, quick alignment and operational visibility are important in this role
  • You have an ownership mentality: when you take on a topic, it doesn't stay half‑finished
  • Startup experience is helpful but not required. More important are potential, initiative, structure, willingness to learn and reliability
