Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, proof of concepts, and ongoing technical partnership.
  • Solve real technical problems with customers and understand how modern data teams work.
  • Build trust and understand complex environments to help teams move from pain points to working solutions.
  • Communicate product capabilities to customer outcomes by translating technical features into real value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience with Python or SQL
  • Experience working with technical customers in SaaS
  • Experience with customer onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical account management
  • Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter, Databricks, Hex, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, or machine learning teams
