About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with the CFO to manage priorities, maximise time and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate complex calendars, international travel and executive meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations and briefing documents
- Track actions and decisions and ensure commitments are followed through
- Coordinate recurring meetings, planning sessions and Finance leadership forums
- Maintain trackers, monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders
- Structure evolving priorities, keep projects moving and surface risks early
- Simplify processes and improve team collaboration
- Coordinate strategic initiatives across Finance and partnering teams
- Partner with People, Legal, Procurement and Operations leaders
- Assist with business planning, team events, leadership offsites and operational projects
- Provide operational support for recruitment coordination, vendor management and budget administration
- Organise leadership meetings, departmental events and team offsites
- Manage expenses, documentation and administrative processes
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for the Finance team and remove obstacles
- Build strong relationships across the business and foster collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced, international organisation
- Strong interest in AI tooling, automation and digital innovation
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new technologies
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to adapt quickly as business needs change
- Strong project coordination skills
- Ability to keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business
