About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and negotiate a variety of complex agreements with B2B customers, including SaaS, MSA, DPAs and NDAs.
  • Review and negotiate partner and channel agreements, including reseller, distribution, referral, and integration partner agreements.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and review of consumer-facing T&Cs and provide advice on consumer legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide the Go-to-Market (GtM) team with pragmatic, commercially-focused advice across a wide variety of legal matters.
  • Work cross-functionally with Privacy, Product Legal, and Legal Ops teams to ensure consistent and well-coordinated legal support.
  • Support the improvement of internal processes and contract lifecycle management within the GtM organisation.
  • Maintain and contribute to the development of contract templates and playbooks for the GtM Legal team.
  • Support the delivery training sessions, self-help materials and guidelines for both the GtM and GtM Legal team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified lawyer at least two years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained in-house at a technology or SaaS company.
  • Solid grounding in B2B commercial contracting, with hands-on experience negotiating SaaS and partner/channel agreements in English.
  • Some exposure to consumer law or consumer-facing legal work across multiple jurisdictions; appetite to develop further in this area is welcome.
  • Familiarity with data protection law and DPA negotiation in a commercial context.
  • Experience across multiple regions (EMEA, AMER or APAC) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales and Partnerships teams - confident, pragmatic, and able to give clear advice.
  • Comfortable with pace and ambiguity - or genuinely excited to work in that environment for the first time.
  • Comfortable with legal technology and contract management tooling; interest in AI-enabled legal workflows is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
