About the role

  • Design and build solutions directly in Salesforce (declarative-first)
  • Improve how the platform behaves at scale
  • Use AI to increase speed, quality, and clarity of your work
  • Work across core GTM workflows (Lead → Opportunity → Q2C → Renewals), ensuring Salesforce is consistent, trusted, and scalable.
  • Actively use tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code to analyze requirements, generate and refine solutions, improve documentation and reporting, identify edge cases and data issues faster.
  • Own problems end-to-end (not just define them)
  • Build scalable declarative solutions
  • Improve data quality and reporting reliability
  • Drive consistency across GTM processes

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience in a declarative-focused role
  • Proven track record of building and delivering solutions directly in Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of Flows, validation, reporting, and data models
  • Experience improving data quality and platform consistency at scale
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS / GTM environments (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) (Nice to Have)
  • Basic understanding of integrations and downstream data usage (Nice to Have)
