Business Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and reach the right decision-makers in target accounts
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Support inbound lead qualification generated by Marketing
- Collaborate with Marketing on webinar activation
- Keep our CRM meticulously up to date
- Actively contribute to optimizing the BDR playbook
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–1.5 years of outbound sales experience - SaaS BDR preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Systematic and disciplined in outbound execution
- Hungry, proactive outbound mindset
- Resilient, coachable, and results-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
