About the role
- Own documentation across the full content lifecycle.
- Write and maintain external user guides and help content.
- Develop internal process documentation and best practices content.
- Collaborate with design teams to write UX copy.
- Create release notes that communicate new features clearly.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical writing, documentation, or content-focused role.
- Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- Demonstrated experience with information architecture.
- Proven ability to interview and work with subject-matter experts.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of documentation types.
- Experience with or interest in AI tools or chatbot training.
