Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the engineering organization responsible for building and scaling DeepHealth’s platform and products.
Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence across multiple teams.
Shape the engineering roadmap, cultivate a strong engineering culture, and build scalable systems and teams.
Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent, ensuring strong execution and measurable impact on business outcomes.
Partner with product management to define and execute the product roadmap, translating business requirements into engineering plans.
Ensure consistency of engineering quality, code review culture, and testing standards across all teams and geographies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or regulated industries
Proven track record of building and scaling distributed software systems and high-performing engineering organizations
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, APIs, and modern DevOps/CI-CD practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using engineering metrics, system performance data, and business outcomes to guide decisions.
Excellent program management skills—able to drive multiple engineering initiatives in parallel with clarity and accountability.
