Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of direct or adjacent experience in Talent Acquisition — ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment in the US and overseas.
A track record of owning and scaling recruiting strategy in fast-growing organizations where business priorities evolved rapidly.
A builder’s mindset.
Existing AI fluency, with the desire and commitment to build deeper AI expertise.
Comfort operating at the executive level.
Deep, hands-on full-cycle recruiting expertise.
The ability to work global time zones.
A data-driven instinct.
Obsession with candidate experience and the craft of hiring well.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
