About the role

  • Serve as the national subject-matter expert and lead deal strategist for DeepHealth Enterprise Imaging (RIS, PACS, TechLive Remote Operations).
  • Partner with each TM to identify priority strategic accounts and build account plans (multi-site IDNs, academic centers, large imaging groups).
  • Co-sell on opportunities from discovery through close: qualification, value messaging, competitive strategy, pricing guidance, and deal structuring.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships (CIO/CTO, CMIO, Chief of Radiology, Imaging Operations leaders, Finance/Procurement) to advance complex sales cycles.
  • Lead development of business cases, ROI analyses, and value-based proposals for strategic accounts and multi-site deployments.
  • Coordinate and quarterback cross-functional resources (solution engineering, clinical/operations experts, implementation, finance, legal, InfoSec) to move opportunities to close.
  • Support responses to RFPs, contracting workflows, and procurement processes; ensure internal alignment and timely execution.
  • Drive standardization and enablement: share playbooks, competitive intel, and best practices across the EI TM team; facilitate deal reviews and coaching.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting; ensure opportunities are accurately documented in Salesforce and aligned to stage definitions.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Delivery to ensure smooth handoffs, successful implementations, and identification of expansion/upsell opportunities.
  • Provide structured field feedback to Product and Leadership on market needs, competitive landscape, pricing, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of quota-carrying enterprise healthcare IT / imaging sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise imaging software (PACS, RIS, VNA/Cloud imaging, imaging workflow, or related radiology operations solutions) into hospitals and IDNs.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder deals (IT, clinical, operations, InfoSec, legal, procurement).
  • Experience operating as an overlay/national specialist or strategic account seller preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline/forecast management.
  • Working understanding of radiology workflow and enterprise imaging ecosystems (PACS/RIS, modalities, EMR integration, HL7/DICOM fundamentals).
  • Ability to credibly discuss operational models for remote imaging operations and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Highly collaborative; effective influencing and coaching without direct authority.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort building pricing/business cases for complex agreements.
