About the role

  • Be part of a revolution in healthcare AI; deploy cutting-edge solutions and empower medical professionals.
  • Install and configure DeepHealth's software for AI in medical imaging, ensuring smooth integration with customer IT infrastructure.
  • Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations; gather customer requirements and environment details for deployments.
  • Monitor existing installations, respond to issues, and provide expert technical support to customers and partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; follow existing SOPs and improve upon them as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Delivery and Implementation team workflows to enhance customer experience.
  • Be adaptable and available for on-call rotation and support outside regular working hours as necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Networking and Security.
  • Hands on experience with Linux shell and shell scripting.
  • Experience with Linux tool chain installation, upgrade and maintenance.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
  • Self-starting: ability to manage time and priorities.
  • Pro-active: eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements.
  • Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage customer relations in a complex environment.
  • Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues.
  • Be adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours (on-call rotation may be required). Preferred:
  • Experience with bash or python scripting.
  • Experience managing Docker based deployments.
  • Experience with medical environments or imaging (particularly DICOM, PACS).
  • Experience with Python, software development, DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud and on-premises deployments.
  • Experience writing software tests.
