About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Protect and optimize the CMO's calendar by setting and re-sequencing priorities toward strategic work
  • Run the marketing leadership operating cadence, including staff meetings, QBRs, offsites, and planning cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AI-native mindset; actively uses and experiments with advanced AI tools
  • Ability to design Human+AI workflows for scheduling, drafting, and meeting preparation
  • Ability to build lightweight systems that eliminate recurring administrative work
  • Ability to identify operational problems and propose practical solutions
  • Experience coordinating across teams and programs
  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across time zones and calendars
  • Clear and professional communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate needs and resolve problems proactively
  • Typically approximately 1–3 years supporting leaders or coordinating across teams, or equivalent demonstrated experience (preferred, not required)
  • Prior experience supporting a senior leader or executive (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and automating repetitive work (preferred)
  • Familiarity with executive-support tooling, including calendar, travel, expense, and communications platforms (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required

  • Base salary range of $127,000–$160,000 for US roles; NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle range of $135,000–$172,000
