About the role
- You will own recruiting for a broad set of GTM roles, including (but not limited to):
- - Sales (AE, SDR, Enterprise, Commercial)
- - Customer Success & Account Management
- - Marketing roles
- - Business Development & Partnerships
- - GTM leadership roles as we scale
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including global hiring, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles
- Hands-on experience hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development functions
- A clear understanding of how different GTM roles operate and collaborate in practice
- Comfort recruiting in a technical or developer-adjacent environment (APIs, platforms, infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)
- Strong sourcing instincts- you know how to find people, not just evaluate applicants
- The ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and push back when needed
- Experience supporting hiring across international regions
- A bias toward clarity, follow-through, and continuous improvement
