About the role

  • You will own recruiting for a broad set of GTM roles, including (but not limited to):
  • - Sales (AE, SDR, Enterprise, Commercial)
  • - Customer Success & Account Management
  • - Marketing roles
  • - Business Development & Partnerships
  • - GTM leadership roles as we scale

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including global hiring, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles
  • Hands-on experience hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development functions
  • A clear understanding of how different GTM roles operate and collaborate in practice
  • Comfort recruiting in a technical or developer-adjacent environment (APIs, platforms, infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing instincts- you know how to find people, not just evaluate applicants
  • The ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and push back when needed
  • Experience supporting hiring across international regions
  • A bias toward clarity, follow-through, and continuous improvement
