About the role
- Support field sales representatives of our distribution partners (HE, ZEISS, Topcon) with on-site implementation of our AI solution.
- Identify improvements in the IVOM process (intravitreal therapy) and train customers on how to get maximum benefit from our AI assistant.
- Attend regional and national conferences to present and explain our solution to prospective customers.
- Provide feedback and feature requests to our product management team.
Requirements
- Strong service-oriented communication skills in German and ideally English with diverse customer groups such as physicians, medical assistants (MFA), and practice IT.
- Tech-savvy, i.e., comfortable identifying potential issues on a PC and escalating complex problems to our internal IT team when needed.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Experience in sales, customer or IT support, Customer Success, etc. (nice-to-haves).
- Hands-on experience with medical imaging systems—ideally OCT—imaging software (PACS) and practice management / hospital information systems (PVS/KIS).
- Professional experience in startups, AI, or the healthcare sector.
