About the role

  • You are the "right hand" of one of our (Co)-Founders and work with the whole founding team.
  • Take on a variety of operational and strategic tasks in Sales, Go-To-Market, Business Development and Investor Relations.
  • Create business documents for investors, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of our databases and internal systems.
  • Actively support management in various projects; drive independently and take ownership.
  • Participate in events as a company representative and create marketing content for social media channels.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the industry, strategy, company vision and mission.

Requirements

  • You are studying for a Masters degree in Business, Business Information, or a related field with outstanding academic success.
  • You have already worked as a working student in high-paced startups, consulting companies or VCs.
  • You work independently, accurately and take on responsibility quickly; like to be forced out of your comfort zone.
  • Hungry to learn, want to create impact and give 100% and more.
  • Driven by growth / sales / business development and have extensive interest in AI.
  • Experience with tools to streamline organization and enhance personal efficiency.
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • German language skills at C-level and English at B-level.
