About the role
- You will actively contribute to improving our software for auditing financial and non-financial reports
- You will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to enhance the product and internal processes
- Support scaling workflows and knowledge bases as our customer base grows
- Assist users with inquiries and act as our customers’ trusted voice internally
- Communicate with users in a clear, structured, and proactive manner
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field
- Prior professional experience in external audit is a strong plus
- Strong interest in accounting in general and in auditing financial statements in particular
- Strong technical affinity and curiosity about how complex software works
- Strong project management skills — you always keep things under control, have a high sense of urgency, and know how to prioritize effectively
- Structured, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Active contributor rather than just an implementer, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Focused, detail-oriented working style and analytical mindset
- Very good German and English skills (C1+)
