About the role

  • You will actively contribute to improving our software for auditing financial and non-financial reports
  • You will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to enhance the product and internal processes
  • Support scaling workflows and knowledge bases as our customer base grows
  • Assist users with inquiries and act as our customers’ trusted voice internally
  • Communicate with users in a clear, structured, and proactive manner

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field
  • Prior professional experience in external audit is a strong plus
  • Strong interest in accounting in general and in auditing financial statements in particular
  • Strong technical affinity and curiosity about how complex software works
  • Strong project management skills — you always keep things under control, have a high sense of urgency, and know how to prioritize effectively
  • Structured, hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Active contributor rather than just an implementer, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Focused, detail-oriented working style and analytical mindset
  • Very good German and English skills (C1+)
