About the role

  • Act as the trusted voice of our customers internally, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritised
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming customer requests – from initial inquiry to resolution
  • Leverage on your audit experience by reproducing customer cases before handing them over to our development team
  • Communicate with users in a clear, structured, and proactive way
  • Document solutions, write handbook articles, and contribute to release notes
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve the product and processes
  • Help scale workflows and knowledge bases as our customer base grows

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial audit or a related field
  • Strong technical affinity and curiosity for how complex software works
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1+)
  • A structured, hands-on approach to solving problems
  • Strong project management skills
