About the role
- Design and implement scalable legal processes that support a high-growth environment
- Review and improve contract templates, policies, and internal workflows
- Oversee legal matters related to corporate law, labor law, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise the business proactively
- Manage external legal advisors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal support
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial, partnership, employment, and vendor agreements
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (Germany) with 4+ years' post-qualification experience
- Solid grounding in commercial and corporate law
- A hands-on mindset - you’re comfortable working independently and wearing multiple legal hats
- Clear communicator who can explain legal issues in practical, business-first language
- Ambitious and pragmatic, with an interest in building in an innovative environment
