About the role

  • Own the strategy, creation, and execution of scalable partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enablement, and co-sell activation across Deel’s partner ecosystem.
  • Design and execute repeatable marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle, including co-branded plays, ABM programs, and demand-gen initiatives.
  • Build "campaigns-in-a-box" that can be localized and deployed by Partner Managers across regions and partner types.
  • Manage campaign calendars, stakeholder alignment, and delivery process end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and produce campaign assets such as landing pages, social kits, email templates, event toolkits, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with partner managers to design campaigns that drive top-of-funnel activity, influence pipeline, and accelerate active opportunities.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager - Content and Comms to ensure campaign creative, messaging, and activations are consistent with Deel’s partner GTM strategy.
  • Define and track campaign KPIs: activation rate, partner engagement, influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, and content performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS, demand generation, or channel marketing.
  • Comfortable building and executing integrated partner campaigns globally from scratch.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across partnerships, sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with EMEA & APAC regions in particular is an advantage
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus
