About the role
- Respond to and fulfill routine reporting requests (e.g., headcount by region, department, or role).
- Build and maintain standardized reports and dashboards using our HR systems and analytics platforms.
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy of People data.
- Support rollout of self-service reporting tools by creating documentation, job aids, and delivering trainings.
- Collaborate with People Analytics teammates to ensure reports align with governed definitions and metrics.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency with SQL and HR systems reporting tools (Snowflake, Workday, etc).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex) a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Strong communicator who can explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Interest in developing skills in people analytics and data visualization.
- Experience working in a global company is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with Reporting or Business Intelligence product development, SaaS systems, or supporting transitions between people platforms.
