About the role
- Support the legal team by assisting in contract reviews, employment law compliance, and commercial legal matters
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment and commercial agreements
- Provide preliminary legal analysis and recommendations under the supervision of senior counsel
- Research and analyze local labor laws and regulatory updates
- Support internal compliance efforts, including documentation and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Compliance) to provide timely legal assistance
Requirements
- 2+ years of legal experience (law firm or in-house) with a focus on employment law
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
- Interest in working at a fast-paced tech company
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment (plus)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Authorization to work in your country of residence (applicants asked to provide work authorization/visa status)
