About the role

  • Focus on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts and develop comprehensive account strategies for long-term success
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks; coordinate internal stakeholders to address customer issues timely
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders; understand customers' business and hiring plans; implement customer success plans
  • Host regular business reviews to assess partnership health
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and prioritizing requirements
  • Project manage internal stakeholders to deliver priority items while setting expectations with customers
  • Provide high-quality day-to-day customer experience and coordinate timely responses to customer requests
  • Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
  • Previous experience in at least one: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Relationship builder; remains calm during crisis or criticism
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw insights from complex data sets
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced environments; reliable self-starter with growth mentality
  • Solid track record of achievement with quantifiable business impact
  • Strong analytical foundation; ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curious and interested in making an impact
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
