About the role

  • Build and manage relationships with venture partners to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
  • Guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota, driving SQOs through broker-sourced opportunities
  • Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development
  • Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role
  • Strong understanding of the venture capital landscape and well-connected
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and strong research skills
  • Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Preferably: experience at an HR or FinTech company
  • Preferably: experience at a fast-growing startup
  • Preferably: experience working in a remote & distributed team
