About the role

Build a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
Work cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
Leverage core PM skills to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle
Collaborate with product designers, engineers and product experts to execute vision and deliver results
Balance core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first environment
Own product areas covering Deel's equity offering and add-on products (work spaces, consulting, health insurance, etc.)

5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
A background in equity-related product lines preferred but not required
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision
Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management
Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles
Location: EMEA
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application form requests confirmation)
