About the role

  • Hire, coach and lead a highly engaged, high-performing team of account managers
  • Craft and deploy a tailored strategy for expanding, upselling and renewing Deel’s solutions
  • Develop and implement effective, repeatable processes and playbooks to drive revenue retention and expansion
  • Closely partner with Customer Success to define and execute rules of engagement and customer journey triggers
  • Measure team success based on revenue expansion and retention and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quota
  • Operate as a business owner to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that deliver growth and positive client experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales as Account Executive or Account Management (Full cycle sales experience)
  • 1+ years directly managing employees
  • Experience building teams and designing customer journeys and playbooks
  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistent account management or sales teams
  • Experience defining and delivering against clear and measurable KPIs
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships with Customer Success and Sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application requires confirmation)
  • Authorization to work in the country of residence / disclosure of visa/sponsorship status (application requires work-authorization details)
